Accelerated resolution therapy (Eye movement & image replacement) $170/hour

ADHD Coaching $100/hour
Sports Performance (intake, screeners, kid-centered report, and strategies overview) $300/3 hours
Assessment & testing Fee
Autism diagnostic observation schedule - (ADOS-2) $475 (adult)
Academic & behavioural screeners Fee based on assessment needs

Payment and policies

Payment methods:

We accept the following payment options for your convenience:

  • E-transfer

Direct billing & insurance:

To make the payment process easier, we offer:

  • Direct billing through Telus Health and Sunlife.
  • Assistance with insurance claims.
  • Experience with employee assistance programs (EAP).

Cancellation policy:

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us via email or text as soon as possible.

A $25.00 fee will be charged for no-shows (arriving more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment).
